Agent pricing is computed per workflow.
Every agent is priced based on its capabilities (which connectors it uses, how many reasoning steps it takes) and how many times it runs per month. The builder shows you the projected monthly cost before you activate. No hidden fees. If volume changes, the cost adjusts on the next billing cycle.

How does billing work? +
You pick a tier in the builder before you activate an agent. The monthly fee covers your run quota for that tier. Billing runs on a calendar-month cycle through Stripe. Your invoice shows the tier name and the number of runs consumed. You can view usage and billing history from your dashboard at any time.
What happens if I exceed my monthly run quota? +
Your agent pauses automatically at the quota limit. You will receive an email notification before it hits the cap. You can upgrade to the next tier immediately from the dashboard, which restores your quota for the remainder of the month at a prorated rate. The cap resets on the first of every month.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time, no questions asked. Your agent stops running at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your run logs and agent definitions until the period ends.
What is the refund policy? +
All charges are non-refundable. Because agents execute live against real tools and consume real compute from the moment they activate, we cannot issue refunds for periods already billed. If an agent fails to run due to a verified platform error on our end, we will credit the affected runs. Please see the Terms of Service for the full policy.
Do I need to know how to code? +
No. The builder takes a plain-English description of what you want the agent to do. It handles the code, the connectors, and the scheduling. You approve the plan, connect your accounts via the standard OAuth flow, and activate. No engineering background required.
